The complex will have excellent features; mini market store, launderette, tennis court and basketball/5-a-side football pitch. The complex will have a large swimming pool incorporating a child’s paddling pool and patio sunbathing areas surrounding the pool. The size of the swimming pool will be approximately 600m2. Standard in each apartment: kitchen suite (MDF units), with granite worktops and an extractor fan, bathroom suite with shower cubicle and an electric boiler installed in the bathroom installed for constant hot water. The air-conditioning system will be set up in all the bedrooms and living-room (air-conditioning units will not be included). A safe deposit box, mosquito screens fitted to all windows. The apartments will be built using top quality materials to ensure they are of a high standard on completion. There will be steel front door with triple locking system, upvc double glazed windows and balcony doors and mosquito screens fitted to all windows. All floors will be laid with tiles and the stairs will be laid in marble. The bathroom walls will be fully tiled and the kitchen walls will be partly tiled.

Akbuk is a place to stay for holidaymakers who like to take quiet laid-back holidays. From the beach looking north, you have beautiful views of green mountains that cradle the village and bay of Akbuk. To the right you will find Akbuk’s little harbour, making it an ideal place to walk before and after your evening meal. The beach is dotted with clean sandy coves that lend themselves to sunny days of sunbathing. For the more energetic there is a choice of watersports to choose from. The harbour at Akbuk is host to many different tours especially in the summer season. A number of boats offer pleasure cruises and fishing trips. There are plenty of restaurants and café bars nearby, with fantastic views of the bay overlooking the Aegean Sea. Where you and your family can relax and watch the sunset as you enjoy your evening meal. There are plenty of bars, with some offering with free entertainment and discos nearby if you feel like a drink or dancing the night away. Local amenities include: bars, restaurants, beaches, funfair, harbour, boat trips, watersports, jeep safari, tour companies, taxis, Dolmus Bus Service, car hire, open-air market, shops, minimarkets, medical centre, chemist and hairdressers. There is a weekly market at Akbuk every Friday, which also serves as a social gathering. Akbuk is approximately a 25 minute drive to the resort of Altinkum. There is a regular bus service that will take you there. Didim is the name of the area which includes Akbuk, Altinkum and Mavisehir. Throughout the year you can shop and browse round Bazaar; undefined this is an open-air market which is open once a week. At high season it is open every day and night. You can buy almost anything at the market – leather, clothes, linen, furnishings, ornaments, fresh fish, fruit, vegetables, spices etc. Well worth a visit are the fabulous historical ruins of Apollo Temple which is situated between Mavisehir and Altinkum and only a 5 minute drive. Or take a trip up to the old historical city of Miletus and Theatre ruins which is situated just past the village of Akkoy and only 10 minutes drive. Also worth a visit are the ancient city of Miletos and Theatre ruins, this prosperous ancient city located at the crossroad of Anatolian Trade routes had four ports that developed on the coast and at the mouth of the Meander River. Its population was between 80,000 and 100,000 inhabitants. Miletus produced geniuses like philosophers Thales, Anaximander, Anaximenes, town planner Hippodamus who all lived around 60 B.C. There are many tour companies in Altinkum offering trips to this fantastic site. You find many cafes offering cheap refreshments and snacks by the entrance of this site. Altinkum\\\\\\\'s new marina will be situated nearby and, when completed, it will be Turkey’s biggest marina which will be completed in 2009. For the more energetic, why not spend a day at Altinkum\\\\\\\'s exciting new aqua park, where you can try out all the latest waterslides – or you can just relax around one of the many pools and top up your tan. If you are feeling a little peckish there are plenty of snacks and hot and cold drinks available at the poolside café.
GETTING THERE
Bodrum Airport is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes drive to the resort of AkbukSoke is approximately 20 minutes drive from Akbuk and Kushdasi is approximately 40 minutes drive from Akbuk. Work has started on Altinkum\\\\\\\'s new road link to Bodrum Airport, when completed the estimated time to drive to Akbuk from Bodrum Airport will be 35 minutes.
